PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell unit capable of measuring accurately the weight of a measuring object with little nonlinearity by a simple constitution, and a weight measuring device using it. SOLUTION: This load cell unit has a load cell, a fixed table and a movable table. The load cell is equipped with a strain generating element having the first end supported by the fixed table, the second end for supporting the movable table in an open-sided shape, and a strain generating part provided between the first end and the second end; and a strain sensor stuck on the strain generating part, for detecting the amount of expansion/contraction of the strain generating part. The load cell unit has a constitution wherein each auxiliary member is interposed between the fixed table and the first end, and between the movable table and the second end, and the strain generating part can be deformed corresponding to the load of the measuring object.
