PURPOSE: A headrest of a vehicle is provided to travel comfortably and to absorb impact efficiently at a collision by moving a head supporting bar in a fluid bag according to impact applied to the head of a passenger. CONSTITUTION: A head supporting bar is floated in a fluid bag(14) in a headrest(10), and the fluid bag is inserted to a headrest pad(12). The middle of the head supporting bar is recessed, and the head supporting bar is made of shock absorbing Styrofoam or porous material. Oil having viscosity is filled in the fluid bag to prevent sudden movement of the head supporting bar, and the angle of the fluid bag is adjusted with moving up and down, and right and left. A headrest supporting rod(20) and a headrest supporting bar are placed in the rear part of the fluid bag in the headrest pad. Comfortableness is improved with moving the fluid bag in resting the head of the passenger on the headrest, and impact is absorbed efficiently at a collision.
