The present invention provides a method to construct a girder bridge by using an anchorage apparatus for tendon axis adjustment, to easily match axes of anchor heads which are anchored in an anchorage device buried in the inside of a girder after tension to improve a pre-stress introduction effect. According to the present invention, the anchorage apparatus for tendon axis adjustment comprises: an anchorage device including an anchoring plate; an anchor head supported by the anchoring plate; and an anchor head support block which includes a horizontal block where the anchor head and the anchor head support block come in point or surface contact with each other, and an extended horizontal block integrally formed with the horizontal block to be fixed and installed in the anchoring plate.
