PURPOSE:To automatize a part of documentation, and to realize labor saving, by storing a describing text regarding the processing method of data in a data base in which the processing method in stored, and providing a means which outputs the content of only the describing text. CONSTITUTION:A display means 1 is means which displays description regarding a process obtained from the processed result of the data, and consists of a program operated in a computer. A printing means 2 is a means to perform the documentation, and similarly consists of the program operated in the computer. A display device 4 is controlled by the display means 1. A printing device 5 by which a document is printed, is controlled by the printing means 2. A data 6 processed in a data processor 3 is stored on a memory in the computer. In a data base 7, an instruction to the data processor 3 is stored.
