PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a multi-functioned machine connected to a PC via a network to store log information when a user externally transmits data from the PC and to prevent an unnecessary outflow of the data due to data transmission. SOLUTION: In the PC 2, a transmission receiving means 21 receives an operation of transmitting data to the outside of the network 3 from the user, and a data transfer means 26 does not directly transmit the external transmission data being a transmission object by the transmission receiving means 21 to the outside of the network but transfers the data to the multi-functioned machine 1 via the network 3. In the multi-functioned machine 1, a data reception means 11 receives data for the external transmission transmitted from the PC 2 via the network 3, a data transmission means 12 externally transmits the data, and a log storage means 13 stores log information of the external transmission data. Further, it is preferable that the multi-functioned machine 1 is provided with a transmission limit means 14, which permits the data transmission means 12 to transmit only data meeting a prescribed condition among the external transmission data received by the data reception means 11.
