PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for exfoliating a ceramic laminated part which can prevent generation of a micro crack and a fracture of a ceramic plate. SOLUTION: This is a method for exfoliating a ceramic laminated part 1 by lining up the part 1 consisting of multiple ceramic plates 2 sideways in a frame separated by partitions 4, 5 and dipping the part 1 in a solvent and exfoliating it into separated plates 2. By this method, the multiple ceramic plates 2 after exfoliation can be lined up in the frame and can be easily taken out from the solvent. Thus generation of a fracture and a micro crack can be reduced. |
