PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance organic electroluminescent element and an electronic apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element includes: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a luminescent layer. The luminescent layer includes a first compound and a second compound. The first compound is a delayed fluorescence compound.
