The present invention relates to a screw for a motorboat and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a screw for a motorboat, which is a kind of an outboard screw for such as a boat and which is for preventing damage to a wing, improving combination force between an internal cylindrical pipe and a rubber layer, and enhancing propulsion, and a manufacturing method thereof. The screw for a motorboat of the present invention comprises: a hollow shaft (16) with a key (16a) formed inside to have a rotatory shaft of a motor inserted inside; an internal cylindrical pipe (18) to wrap around the hollow shaft by keeping a certain distance and to have a plurality of concave grooves (18a) formed on the internal surface; a rubber layer (17) formed in between the hollow shaft and the internal cylindrical pipe, where liquid rubber is solidified under pressure after it fills the layer; a cylindrical body (12) to wrap around the internal cylindrical pipe and to have a plurality of wings (14) on the external surface; a space unit (19) in between the cylindrical body and the internal cylindrical pipe, through which water passes; and a plurality of arms (20) to connect the cylindrical body and the internal cylindrical pipe. |
