PURPOSE:To output preload signals which indicate the state of rough precision, in particular, upon power-on and later precise precision. CONSTITUTION:After power-on, a motor rises by encoder signals 4a, 4b of minimum rough resolutions necessary for the motor to turn a preload signal 3a at H level and at L level by a Z-phase strobe signal 6 from an encoder, and A-phase and B-phase incremental signals 11, 12 are counted to obtain precise precision encoder signals 4a, 4b. |
