<p>PURPOSE:To surely and quickly issue an IC card including a photo on the spot in a simplified operation even in a small quantity of cards required by applying simultaneously a process using a print means and a process using an IC card writing means to the same IC card. CONSTITUTION:An image writing device 12 serves as a print means which records the picture information and the character information on the surface of an IC card 2. An IC card writing means 13 writes the issuing information on the card 2 into a memory. Thus both a process using the print means and a process using the IC card writing means are applied at one time to the same card 2. Thus it is possible to quickly and accurately record and encode a face photo on the card issuing spot in a series of simple operations.</p> |
