PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power retail system which secure necessary electric power to be provided for consumers by performing supply and demand planning and supply and demand adjustment adaptive to even unexpected supply and demand variation. SOLUTION: This electric power retail system includes an electric power retailer system 100 which performs supply and demand planning and supply and demand adjustment making it possible to obtain electric power equivalent to the demand amount of electric power or at the smallest cost, 1st to 3rd consumer systems 2001 to 2003 which consume electric power supplied from an electric power system network 500 and transmits the measured power consumption to the electric power retailer 100 through the Internet 600, and 1st to 3rd power generating company systems 4001 to 4003 which generate electric power and supply it to consumers through the electric power system network 500, and measure power generation quantities and transmit them to the electric power retailer system 100 through the Internet 600. |
