The container is formed by folding a single sheet (1) of semi-rigid material and when erected has a bottom (20) formed by a rounded surface. The bottom has a folding line (10) located along its largest axis of symmetry. The bottom also has recesses (14,15) at the ends of the folding line. The sheet has tongues (2) capable of penetrating into slots (3) in the sheet and holding the container in the erected position. The tongues have position wedging notches (2a). Two triangular feet (9), formed by two end parts of the sheet, are separated from the rest of the sheet by a folding line. Two extensions (17,18) penetrate into two handles of a bag (25) located inside the dustbin.
