PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a pinch off part and to reuse burrs by holding a pinch off part formed on the outside of the bottom part of an inner layer part by a pinch part on the inside of the bottom part of an outer layer part. SOLUTION: After the discharge of an inner layer parison 16, the lower part of the parison 16 is pinched by a pinch part 22. Next, an outer layer parison 15 is discharged to be longer than the inner layer parison 16, a molding mold 24 is clamped, and the lower part of the outer layer parison 15 is pinched. In this operation, part of the lower part of the inner layer parison is also pinched to fix the bottom part of the inner layer parison 16. Next, after the upper part of a separated parison 17 being cut, the outer layer parison 15 is vacuum-formed by sucking air in the molding mold 24. Next, an inner layer fixing pin 27 is driven into the molding mold 24 to hold the inner layer parison 16, and the blowing nozzle of 26 an air blower 25 is driven to blow-mold the inner layer parison 16. Since the inner and outer layer parts are pinched by the pinch part, the contact between the inner and outer layer parts is prevented when the content is discharged. |
