PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a transmitter as a pager remote incoming call system by casily and additionally installing it in a pager main body which does not incorporate a radio signal transmission circuit by using the transmitter detecting the change of battery current consumption at the time of receiving a self-station call signal, setting a switch means to a contact state with the current change and operating a transmission function. SOLUTION: The radio signal transmitter 10 automatically turns on/off the transmission function by using the change of the power consumption of a battery 48 when the pager is called and the call is display-controlled. When a pager main body receives the self-station call signal and display control is turned on, the value of resistance 14 is set so that a power switch 13 is turned on. When the power switch 13 is turned on, the current of the battery 48, through the power switch 13, is supplied to a transmission part 12 and it is transmitted to an incoming call state display unit. At the time of waiting for the call signal, the power switch 13 is not turned on and the radio signal transmitter 10 does not operate.
