PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary valve free to be continuously changed over at high speed. SOLUTION: A valve body 4 is inserted into an insertion hole 2 formed on a valve main body 1 free to rotate, and a plural number of ports are formed in the diametrical direction on the valve main body 1. A plural number of the ports are a pressure port, a return port, a connection port, etc. A ring groove 36 communicated to the pressure port and a ring groove 38 communicated to the return port are formed on an outer periphery of the valve body 4. Additionally, channels 44, 46 communicated between a plural number of the ports are formed on the valve body 1, and a motor 64 to rotate the valve body 1 is provided.
