PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license selling system, a content distributing system, license selling method, and memory media capable of handling license sale of digital contents and service while preventing unfair use and enabling to select using conditions in proportion to user taste. SOLUTION: A publisher or service supplier provides a license script template that is a framework generating a license script carefully stating using conditions of a license and charged conditions for each user. Based on the using conditions selected by users, the license script is provided on the above-mentioned license script basis. A certifying means performing certification of a user qualification is arranged when carrying the license into effect. Then, the license sale can be performed by setting the most suitable using right and charged method for every user in response to user taste rather than dealing at even conditions. |
