PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pot which can be prevented from dirt by steam. SOLUTION: A valve disc 31 is provided in a communicating hole 27 of an internal plug 19. In this case, the valve disc 31 communicates the inside of the pot main body 1 with the outside by presenting an open state when a liquid is poured into the pot main body 1, and when air is fed by a bellows 42. The valve disc 31 closes the inside of the pot main body 1 by presenting a closed state when not being operated. For example, the valve disc 31 is a float valve which is arranged in the communicating hole 27, and can rise by the floating force. Then, a holding means (spring 34) is provided on the internal plug 19. In this case, the holding means allows the float valve to rise by its own floating force when the liquid is poured in, and allows the float valve to descend by the air pressure when air is fed. Also, the holding means keeps the float valve under a closed state when not being operated.
