PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic substance injection device which improves injection efficiency. SOLUTION: The organic substance injection device is interposed between an injection unit 110 for injecting the organic substance in the form of drops, a transfer unit 120 for transferring the injection unit in a designated direction and the transfer unit and the injection unit, and includes a position adjusting unit 130 for aligning the injection units at designated positions. The transfer unit transfers the injection units to designations at a high speed, and the position adjusting unit finely adjusts the positions of the injection units that have arrived at the designations to allow the organic substance injected in the form of drops from the injection units to be exactly dropped at the designation positions.
