A calibration circuit of on die termination apparatus reducing a calibration circuit and a mismatch generated between the termination circuit is provided to simply compensate the error of the termination resistor and resistance by controlling the control signal. A code generation unit(300) produces a calibration code in response to voltage and reference voltage of the calibration node. A calibration resistive unit(310) comprises a plurality of switching units and a plurality of parallel resistances. A plurality of a switching unit turns on/off in response to the calibration code. A plurality of parallel resistances is parallel connected to the calibration node. A plurality of parallel resistances turns on/off by a plurality of switching units. The turn-on strength of one or more parallel resistance is controlled by the control signal.
