The present invention relates to a method for generating a chatting message corresponding to product information on a web page, wherein the method comprises the steps of: a server recognizing a selection for an identifier displayed on a web page of the device based on a request received from a device or a web server; obtaining product information on the web page and account information of a user related to the selection based on the request; activating a chatting session between an account of the server and an account of the user based on the account information; generating a chatting message corresponding to the product information; and providing the device with the chatting message through the chatting session. The present invention can generate a chatting message corresponding to product information on a web page capable of interlinking web shopping and mobile shopping, and generate a chatting message capable of being integratedly managed in a wish list of an application.
