The present invention relates to honey syrup of cultured wild ginseng roots and a method for producing the same. The present invention contains approximately 11 to 13.5 wt% of fresh cultured wild ginseng root, approximately 86 to 88.5 wt% of honey, approximately 0.1 to 0.3 wt% of vitamin C, approximately 0.03 to 0.07 wt% of grapefruit seed extract, approximately 0.1 to 0.3 wt% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and the like with respect to the total weight of honey syrup of cultured wild ginseng roots. The present invention contains no agricultural pesticide and harmful heavy metal at all, and thus can ensure stability. In addition, the present invention can reduce production costs in comparison to natural wild ginseng and cultivated ginseng while ensuring quality by containing saponin and the like. Furthermore, the present invention can contribute to immune reactions in the human body, recovery from fatigue, and organ function enhancement. |
