PURPOSE:To reduce the shock to be generated when rotation comes to an end by a method wherein a shock-absorbing damper is installed, at an end of a circular groove, abutting against a protrusion. CONSTITUTION:A moving member 40 is rotatably supported on a stationary member 10, the moving member 40 is equipped with a protrusion 43, and the stationary member 10 is provided with a circular groove 21 formed along the rotating locus of the protrusion 43. The range of rotation is regulated by abutting the protrusion 43 against an end of the circular groove 21. A shock- absorbing damper 25 is provided, at one end at the least of the circular groove 21, to abut against the protrusion 43. Even in the presence of a substantial quantity of rotating moment, the shock to be generated upon termination of rotation may be adequately absorbed.
