PURPOSE:To ensure ease of fabrication and error-free assembly by putting, in a prescribed positional relationship, an oscillating bearing, a horizontal adjustment arm and a vertical adjustment arm which are all integral with a reflector, and turning the reflector by 90 degrees when assembling it into either left-hand or right-hand front lights. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal adjustment arm 3 and a vertical adjustment arm 4 are formed in such positions that they are diametrically opposed with reference to a straight line connecting the center O of a reflector 1 to an oscillating bearing 2 in order to meet equal angle (theta1=theta2) and equal length (l1=l2) requirements. When the reflector 1 is assembled to a front lens 12 and a socket holder 5, it is turned through 90 degrees to allow it to be used for the assembly of both right-hand and left-hand front lights 11. This method ensures easy fabrication of the right-hand and left-hand front lights with use of only one type of reflector as well as error-free assembly. |
