PURPOSE:To promote wear-resistance and to obtain longer life by forming a porous ceramic sintered body on the surface of sliding. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor is composed of a piezo-electric body 1 to which a vibrator 2 is adhered and fixed and a shifting body 4 loading a shaft 5 to the center of the piezoelectric body. The vibrator 2 has a projection 2a, and a sliding piece 3 is adhered and fixed to the surface thereof. A ring shaped sliding ring 6 is adhered and fixed to the bottom of the shifting body 4. The sliding piece 3 and sliding ring 6 consist of a porous sintered body of silicon carbide. As the result, pressure force can remain stable to provide. |
