A composite yarn of which the whole fineness reaches 50- 150D/12-72 fil, and of which the individual filaments fineness ranges 0.05-0.15D, while the blending ratio of polyester and nylon is 60-85%/15-40% is pretwisted to 300-500 TPM. Then the pretwisted yarn is false-twisted to 2800-4000 TPM at 18-205 deg.C. The resulting divisible composite fine yarn excels in cohesiveness, bulkiness and causes little fuzz, thus shows good weavability and knittability even if twisting or sizing process are omitted. The end-use of this yarn is optical lens cleaner, hankerchiefs, wiper, absorber, etc.
