INK REFILLING DEVICE OF INK JET RECORDER

PURPOSE:To easily refill ink cartridges of a plurality of colors loaded to an ink jet recorder with an ink from an ink tank without misoperation. CONSTITUTION:A body of an ink refilling device comprises a plurality of housing opening sections 52-55 that house respective ink tanks 57-60 each containing different color of ink. The housing opening sections have respective recess sections 52a-55a placed different positions on the side walls corresponding to the ink colors of the ink tanks 57-60 and the ink tanks have respective protrusion sections 57a-60a meshed with the recess sections 52a-55a, respectively corresponding to the colors of the reserved inks. Thereby, the ink tanks are loaded to the respective housing sections 52-55 corresponding to the colors of inks so that ink cartridges can be refilled with inks by means of the ink tanks 57-60.
