PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bear repeating stress of the required number of times even in the case of very high load by designing a stabilizer so that optimization of intensity of vibration can be provided in a plurality of almost stabilizer sections. SOLUTION: The outer diameter of stabilizer 1 a in a stabilizer section 5 existing in the U-shape-back part 3 and governed by a twisting load is made smaller than that in the stabilizer section 4 existing in the translation territory 4 and governed by an ordinary load. In this way, by reducing the outer diameter and the wall thickness of the U-shape-back part 3 to soften, mechanical deformability is shifted from the shoulder curved part territory or the shoulder supporting territory to the U-shape-back part 3, and hence the service life or the allowable load can be enhanced. Further by treating the surface of the inside of the stabilizer 1 by shot peening, the allowable number of times for repeating stress can be further increased. |
