PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water washing closet seat of high amenity without causing a high temperature of washing water by additional boiling by saving energy by instantly supplying hot water. SOLUTION: A private part can be comfortably washed by preventing high temperature additional boiling water from being supplied to a user by introducing high temperature water to an auxiliary flow passage 16 by operating a hot water supply means 13 for arranging a water flow passage 6 in the outer peripheral vicinity of a sheath heater 5 superior in heat efficiency, a hot water outlet thermistor 19 detecting high temperature water and a switching valve 14 (a flow passage switching means) by a signal of the hot water outlet thermistor 19.
