PURPOSE: A circular tunnel using a steel pile circular tunnel excavator, and a construction method of an underground structure are provided to improve construction performance regardless of the ground state. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of an underground structure using a steel plate circular tunnel excavator is as follows. Steel piles are inserted into the ground. The ground within the inserted steel piles is removed. A part of rear ring beams are separated, and transferred to the front. A cylindrical body is inserted to the front. A casing pipe or an assembly pipe is installed inside of the rear part of the cylindrical body. The process is repeated.
