PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramics which has optimal temperature characteristic of dielectric constant, most suited to application by controlling the temperature characteristics of dielectric constant. SOLUTION: This dielectric ceramics has a lamination structure with a plurality of ceramics layers, having different composition ratios as dielectric layer are laminated, the temperature characteristic of dielectric constant is controlled, and the ceramics contains more than two kinds of elements. If film thicknesses in the ceramics layer are defined as d1, d2,..., dn, the dielectric constants of dielectric materials are ε1, ε2,..., εn, and an area is S, the total electrostatic capacity C in the dielectric ceramics, having the lamination structure in which a plurality of ceramics layers and electrodes are laminated, is obtained from the relation C=S/(d1/ε1+d2/ε2+...+dn/εn), and the dielectric constant ε in ceramics layers with n layers is expressed by the relation ε=C(d1+d2+...dn)/S. |
