PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate that has an excellent interlayer adhesion of the respective layers such as sealant layer, gas barrier layer, rigidity-imparting layer or the like, and can maintain the good interlayer adhesion after subjected to a hot drawing step, and furthermore even in use at high temperature states.SOLUTION: Provided is a laminate including a polyethylene-based resin or polypropylene-based resin layer (α), an adhesive layer (1), an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponification product or polyamide-based resin layer (β), an adhesive layer (2), as well as a polystyrene-based resin or the like resin layer (γ). The adhesive layer (1) and adhesive layer (2) are made of an adhesive resin composition containing the following ingredients (a) to (c), relative to the total amount thereof, an ingredient (a): 45 to 90 wt.%, an ingredient (b): 5 to 30 wt.%, and an ingredient (c): 5 to 30 wt.%. Ingredient (a): a density 0.890 to 0.920 g/cmmetallocene catalyst polyethylene-based resin. Ingredient (b): an aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon resin.
