PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption when an output transistor is turned on by feeding back the collector potential of the output transistor to control input. CONSTITUTION:When a control input voltage exceeds a voltage decided by the sum of the voltages between the bases and the emittiers of the output transistor Q1 and a transistor Q2, a base current is supplied from the transistor Q2, and the output transistor Q1 is turned on, and when it is decreased, the output transistor Q1 is turned off. When the output transistor Q1 is turned on and collector potential goes less than the base potential, a transistor Q3 is turned on, and voltage drop in a resistor R2 is increased by the collector current of the transistor Q3, and the base potential of the transistor Q2 is decreased, and feedback so as to reduce the base current of the transistor Q1 is applied, therefore, the oversaturation of the output transistor Q1 is prevented occurring. |
