摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion capacitor which has a low internal resistance, a high energy density, and a high capacity maintenance rate. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion capacitor comprises: a cathode in which a cathode active material layer is formed on a cathode collector which has been subjected to surface roughening treatment; an anode in which an anode active material layer containing graphite-based particles is formed on an anode collector; and an electrolyte containing a lithium salt solution using an aprotic organic solvent. The lithium ion capacitor is characterized in that: the total thickness of the cathode active material layer is 50-140 &mu;m; and a mass ratio of the cathode active material layer to the sum of the mass of the cathode active material layer and the mass of the anode active material layer is 0.4-0.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
