摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To adsorb and recover the heavy metal in an aqueous solution in good yield, by bringing high molecular substance formed by the reaction of a high molecular compound having an acid hydrazide group and acid chloride into contact with the aqueous solution containing the heavy metal. CONSTITUTION:High molecular substance formed by the reaction of a high molecular compound having an acid hydrazide group and acid chloride is pref. formed into a reticulated structure to be brought into contact with an aqueous solution containing a heavy metal such as uranium in such as seawater or industrial waste water to adsorb the heavy metal which is, in turn, desorbed from the high molecular substance by an elution liquid such as dilute mineral acids to be recovered. As the above mentioned acid chloride, one or more of oxalic dichloride, acetoxyacetic chloride or acetoxysuccinic dichloride is used and the high molecular compound having the acid hydrazide group can be obtained by the reaction of a high molecular compound containing a carboxylic ester group and hydrazine.</p>
