In an air-heating and ventilation device for passenger compartments of vehicles, at least two air supply ducts disposed one above the other are arranged with outlet openings distributed over their length and are each coupled to an air treatment unit. The air supply ducts are jointly surrounded by a mixing duct which has outlet openings to the vehicle interior.
