<p>A wire structure according to the present invention has a buffer layer between an insulating layer and a superconducting ceramic wire body. Since this buffer layer does not chemically react with the superconducting ceramic wire body at a high temperature, the buffer layer does not cause the superconducting ceramic wire body to lose the superconductivity thereof during the formation of the wire body.</p> |
