PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a staff member in public institution must perform the troublesome processing for taking back a paid coin when using a coin vender type image processing system installed in the public institution because he/she must pay the coin into a coin vender to use the image processing system even when he/she uses the image processing system in his/her job, although this system provides ease of use for the general citizens when they use this system. SOLUTION: This image processing system A is provided with the coin vender 20, a card reader 30, and an image processing device B. A control part 10 of the image processing device B is provided with a judging means for judging whether a card is set in the card reader 30 to bring the image processing system A into a condition in which image processing can be executed when the card is set therein. |
