STAND TO TEST SLINGS

FIELD: slings used for erection and handling operations. SUBSTANCE: bearing frame of stand is manufactured in the form of spider on which prongs catchers of free ends of branches of sling are made fast. Hip- roof frame rests against spider. Cargo winch is mounted on spider with the use of underwinch frame. Tackle block is suspended in center of hip-roof frame. One end of underwinch frame is hinged to bearing frame, its other end is spring-loaded and linked with the help of cable to pointer of load register. EFFECT: stand is simple in design, reliable and safe in operation and permits multibranch slings to be tested with simultaneous test for strength of all elements of slings. 2 dwg
