<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally maintain the transmission interval of data outputs, and to validly use a band in a base station in a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: A quality check part 1100 set in a base station BS deposits data which can not be received in a satisfactory receiving state by the base station, and inserts invalid data shorter than valid data instead. Thus, a void equivalent to a difference between the valid data length and the invalid data length can be generated in the band, and the void band can be used by another user. Thus, the using efficiency of a link between the base station and an MSC can be increased.</p> |
