PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a campaign application system for enabling a user of a smartphone 11A to smoothly and quickly apply for various campaigns.SOLUTION: In a campaign application system 10, a smartphone 11A includes: photographic advice output means for outputting a photographic advice in the photography of a receipt; and receipt image data transmission means for transmitting the receipt image data of the photographed receipt to a server.
