PURPOSE: Provided is an electrostatic precipitator with magnetic field generation means which can increase collision frequency between electron and gas molecule by installing a magnetic at non thermal plasma generator to increase the shift amount of electron. CONSTITUTION: The electrostatic precipitator with magnetic field generation means comprises conductive grounded collector plates(10); discharge electrode(21) which is inserted between the grounded collector plates to be parallel to the grounded collector plates, and the surface of which is formed with conductive material; and a voltage generator(30) which applies high voltage to the discharge electrodes and grounded collector plates.
