PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fare/fee adjustment by use of an automatic ticket examination device and a conductor portable terminal, to do away with a coupon ticket by use sections, to execute the accurate fare/fee adjustment from a used section or equipment or the like, and to save labor of a user's adjustment process or an operator's business process. SOLUTION: A card ID or customer information concerning a company of the user issued from a card issuing machine 102 is stored, and a ticket wherein the use section is previously not decided is used. The automatic ticket examination device 103 reads information recorded in the ticket, and stores entry/exit ticket examination information into the ticket when permitting passage. The conductor portable terminal 104 stores a use train, equipment information, seat use propriety information or the like into the ticket. When it comes into a state that a fare/fee can be decided from the information stored in the ticket, a seat sale/adjustment system 101 calculates the fare/fee, and enables later payment thereof. Thereby, the adjustment of a used money amount is not required during use of the ticket. Because of managing only one kind of the ticket, a management cost can be reduced. |
