The invention concerns a paper dispenser in reams for food products, the ream being inserted in a cardboard package, with a precut line (3a) defining the top (3b) removable to provide access to the sheets. The invention is characterised in that the cooking paper ream integrated in a stiff covered package is arranged at one of the ends forming a capped edge with at least one anchoring (4) and linking element, running through the sheets one by one throughout the ream capped edge thickness, and the package is inserted in the dispensing apparatus with at least one access aperture for grasping the sheets to be used one by one.
