PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control device for performing an operation corresponding to the level of an operator. SOLUTION: A numerical control device 1 for operating working following a command to a work by driving a machine tool based on a working program is provided with a security level designation means 12a for designating the degree of security protection of an operator concerning the dealing of the working program; an operation validity/invalidity information setting/storage means 14 for setting and storing the validity/invalidity of the operation corresponding to the security level designated by the security level designation means for every working program; and an operation validity/invalidity judgement means 13a for judging whether or not the operation content is performable from the security level of the operator designated by the security level designation means and the operation validity/invalidity information stored in the operation validity/invalidity information setting/storage means.
