PURPOSE:To prevent B/A>=0.5 migration perfectly and also to prevent the occurrence of cracks and others by forming the plane projection area of an inner electrode smaller than the plane projection area, and exposing only the connection to an outer electrode to the side of a laminate, and specifying the width dimension of a specified part. CONSTITUTION:The plane projection area of an inner electrode is made smaller than the plane projection area of a thin plate 1, and only the connection to an outer electrode is exposed to the side of a laminate 5, and it is made in B/A>=0.5. But, A is the width dimension of the displacing part 8, which is formed by the projection of the inner electrode lying one upon the other, and B is the width dimension of the nondisplacing part, which is formed between the margin of the displacing part and the side of the laminate. In the region where B/A is less than 0.5, the width dimension B of the nondisplacing part is small, so that the phenomena that the strength to counter the stress arising at the boundary between the displacing part B and the nondisplacing part 9 runs short, and that the thin plate 1 cracks occur frequently. For this reason, giving consideration to that the quantity of displacement required as a laminated displacing element is 10mum or less, it is to be desired that B/A should be rather 0.5 or more to improve durability and reliability.
