<p>The method for inserting a supple pouch into a container (9) through a narrow orifice involves rotating the pouch (2) as it is advanced horizontally between guides (6). The guides end above the container orifice so that it is rolled up on entry, and then rotating it in the opposite direction to deploy the pouch inside the container. The guide can be in the form of a cone which tapers towards the container orifice, or two plates (7,8) situated above and to one side of the orifice and converging towards it. The pouch is connected to a driven rotary rod (1) by a coupling (3) and a lug and notch assembly.</p> |
