PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine whether or not a K-turn is necessary for a vehicle U-turn. SOLUTION: Based on a movement locus that the outermost part of a vehicle describes when making a U-turn, a marker generator 11 creates an auxiliary line for determining whether or not it is possible to make a U-turn without a K-turn.
