PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to efficiently acquire an article to be provided in a network. SOLUTION: An RSS reader program makes a computer execute a step for calculating the article relevance of a first article and a second article stored in an article storage part when it is detected that the display of the first article stored in an article storage part is selected by a user, a step for extracting the second article relevantly to the first article when the article relevancy satisfies predetermined conditions, a step for storing the first article in the article storage part with the highest priority and a step for storing the extracted second article in the article storage part with the highest priority next to the first article. Thus, the articles relevant to each other are extracted so as to constitute one topic.
