An apparatus for attaching a touch screen panel and a method for attaching the touch screen panel by using the same are provided to give equal pressing force to a touch screen panel by pressing the LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and the touch screen panel by vertically rising the touch screen panel, thereby reducing the generation of badness like the break of the panel. An apparatus(100) for attaching a touch screen panel(200,300) comprises the followings: a first support unit(110) which has an inner open area; a pressing unit(150) where a first panel(200) reaches safe and sound, which is positioned under the first support unit and vertically moves the first panel through the inner open area; and a second support unit(300) where a second panel reaches safe and sound, of which one side is connected to a side of the first support unit and is rotated to be opposite to the first support unit.
