<p>The clamping and sealing element (1) has an arrangement of leaf spring (6) and is arranged in an annular housing (3) with an axle (4). The housing has a lever arm on whose end a tensioner pulley is pivotably arranged. Shank ends (7,8) are fixed tangentially with the leaf spring on an inner shell (9) of the housing. A central section (10) of the leaf spring is slidably supported on a polygon (11) connected with the axle in rotary and torque proof manner and is clamped by a cam (12) molded at the polygon.</p>
